Returns Policy (COVID 19)
Dear Customer in view of the current guidelines we have amended our Return Policy for all current purchases In-store and Online
All returns for Exchange or Refund must be made strictly within 7 days of purchase. (As all returns require quarantine and sanitization)
When Returning or Exchanging please ensure:
The garment has the tags attached.
The original packaging as supplied.
The items must be in a condition suitable for resale
For showroom purchases, we require the itemized till receipt with the barcode, or for online your printed order. Items must be brought back between our normal opening hours, subject to social distancing.
Please note we may be unable to process your return or exchange on the same day.
Unless there is a manufacturing fault we will not be able to refund or exchange opened packets of Shirts, Blouses and Sports Socks.
Online orders – Processing time can be between 1-7 working days subject to order volume.
If you need to exchange the size of the garment, you will need to post it back with a copy of your web order.
On receipt, we will exchange the item and post out a replacement subject to the Terms and Conditions above. Additional postage and any difference in price will be chargeable
Alternatively, you can bring an item back to the showroom between our normal opening hours, subject to social distancing. Please note we may be unable to process your return or exchange on the same day.
